Richard Fenwick asked us to design and illustrate 6 short “User guide” movies for MTV/Qoob. Each film used a different illustration style, technique and eventually animation style.

We collaborated extremely closely with the director and the animators on each of the shorts, helping to make each of them a vital and attention-grabbing standalone entity.

Nice asked Reluctant Hero to fully re-brand their series of club nights, which run monthly across the UK. To reflect the nights unpredictable clientele and eclectic music played, we came up with a series of double entendres and accompanying illustrations, always using the phrase, "Be Nice..."

The illustrations were used monthly across collectable flyers, posters, and club visuals, attracting new customers and making it the city’s most popular night.
